The Ministry of Transport (MOT) test is an annual test of automobile safety, roadworthiness aspects and exhaust emmissions required for most vehicles over three years old and used on public roads in the United Kingdom.
Christian Cars' dedicated MOT testing station with fully trained MOT testing technicians can carry out MOTs on Class 4.
Our MOT testing staff will inspect and undertake a comprehensive series of checks around the vehicle, including the interior, exterior, under the bonnet and under the vehicle. The outcome of each check will be recorded and based on the results a 'pass' or 'fail' certificate will be issued.
Items that are not quite a failure but could result as a failure sooner or later will be mentioned within the final report, so that you as our customer can keep an eye on them. These shall be marked as 'advisory' items on the report.
Your vehicle is likely to undergo a minimum of 150 individual checks to ensure it is safe and sound for you to drive around.
